About The Conference
Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to invite you to the 2nd Hamburg International Symposium on Maternal-Fetal Medicine, taking place on October 9–10, 2026, at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. Following the remarkable success of last year’s inaugural event, we are pleased to host the symposium again this year.
This year’s meeting will place special emphasis on fetal interventions, fetal surgery, and postnatal outcomes. Bringing together leading experts from Europe and the United States, the program features maternal-fetal medicine specialists, pediatric surgeons, neonatologists, and obstetricians who will address the full continuum of care—from prenatal diagnosis to fetal intervention and postnatal outcomes.
The symposium will include expert lectures, case discussions, and insights into both diagnostic innovation and therapeutic advances in conditions such as CDH, open spina bifida, abdominal wall defects, monochorionic twin complications, preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction, and cardiac and neurological anomalies. Structured panel discussions on management strategies will ensure that the symposium is both highly practical and scientifically rigorous.
